Creek Street, Brisbane – Installation

We loved getting to create this marble lobby dream on Creek Street. Using marble from a supplier here in Brisbane, we created a large-format floor to ceiling feature wall with a book-matched design. Our team used bird-mouthed, mitred corners and achieved the book-matched design using a bridge saw and wet cutting techniques. 

We collaborated with a commercial builder for this project. As it was a commercial building, we had to work outside of business hours, so we completed the installation over a series of night shifts. This meant we had to clean up and restore the lobby to normal after each shift.
